Besides, we can made the bubble into 2 layer bubble film, 3/4 layers bubble film, 5/7 layers bubble film. So far, we have developed many laminated bubble film. Such as, EPE foam bubble film, poly bubble film, kraft bubble film.
Machine Introduction:
1. Main parts: 3 Extruders, Control Panel, Bubble forming section, Winder;
2. To produce7 layers air bubble film (laminated layer + base layer + bubble layer + PE middle layer + bubble layer + base layer + laminated layer);
3. The laminated layer can be aluminized foil, MPET foil, kraft paper, EPE foam, BOPP film etc.
4. Film width from 1,000mm to 3,500mm;
5. Screw L/D ratio is 1:34, it adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design, with good plasticization, good mixing effect and high output;
6. The bubble forming cylinder adopts special internal circulation chilled water design to ensure perfect bubble forming effect under high speed operation.
