It's important to take certain precautions to ensure that the machine lasts for a long time. While the purchase of a high-quality bubble film machine is a good start, it's not enough. Proper maintenance and care are necessary to keep the machine running smoothly. By understanding the best practices and taking necessary steps, can help prolong the life of their bubble film machine and make the most out of their investment.
Before using the newly purchased machine, it is crucial to check if all the machine-related elements and accessories are complete and in proper working condition. Any missing or damaged parts can greatly hinder its subsequent use. Additionally, maintaining a solid grounding state for the machine during operation is of utmost importance. Failing to do so can have detrimental effects.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of machines, it is important to conduct regular inspections and repairs on their various accessories. One crucial aspect of this is to pay close attention to the bearings and keep them lubricated with oil to ensure that they are working correctly and efficiently. Additionally, it is important to regularly check and tighten knife screws with the proper tools, such as a screwdriver. This should be done within an hour of using a new machine or tool. If the blades become dull, they must be sharpened or replaced to avoid any negative impacts on subsequent procedures. In terms of setting the gap between the knife and the setting knife, a crusher above 20hp should have a gap of 0.8mm, while those below 20hp should have a gap of 0.5mm. By following these simple maintenance procedures, you can help maximize the effectiveness of your equipment.
The use of a bubble film machine requires a lot of caution to ensure its longevity. It is essential to pay attention to some critical aspects when operating the machine. By doing so, you will safeguard your equipment and be able to use it for a long time.
How to Maintain The Bubble Film Machine Is Conducive to Mechanical Maintenance
The bubble film machine, also known as the air cushion film machine, is made of high-quality polyethylene resin. It is also a commonly used packaging material and has a wide range of uses. Because the middle layer of the air bubble film machine is full of air, it is light, flexible, soundproof, shockproof and wear-resistant. This product can replace protective products such as foamed plastic particle fillers, and is the first choice for protective packaging of electronic products, cosmetics, audio and video cds and other sellers. Today the bubble film machine manufacturer will introduce to you the question of how to maintain the bubble film machine.
Bubble film machine
The air bubble film machine should be overhauled regularly. The air cushion film machine should be thoroughly cleaned every three months, the grease should be replaced every three months for various bearings, the lubricating oil should be replaced every six months for the reducer, and the equipment should be replaced every two years. Perform an overhaul as a whole. Check whether the temperature automatic control of the bubble film machine is intact, whether the heating device is intact, and whether the temperature of each point is within the index range to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
When feeding the bubble film machine in the hopper, it must be clean to prevent metal debris, sand and small tools from entering the material port to prevent damage to the barrel and screw. If abnormal noise is found during operation, it should be stopped immediately for treatment.
The screw of the bubble film machine is taken out of the barrel for some reason. It should be properly handled to prevent deformation. If it is not installed back into the barrel for a long time, the screw must be hung vertically to prevent bumps, bending and permanent deformation. The surface of the barrel and screw are coated with anti-rust oil for protection.
How to Operate The Bubble Film Machine Normally
1. Check and control the ratio of raw materials and mix them well.
2. Check that the temperature control of the composite bubble film machine is in good condition and the heating equipment is in good condition. Pay attention to timely adjust the heating temperature of each point within the index range.
3. Observe and adjust the uniformity of film thickness, and the folding diameter meets the standard.
4. Check whether there are impurities on the raw materials of the composite bubble film machine, especially the iron mixed with magnets should be checked in time.
5. Regularly check the temperature rise of each running motor of the composite bubble film machine and the transmission of the bubble film machine.
6. Check the pulling speed and control the film thickness.
7. Check the pressure of the air storage tank of the composite bubble film machine. It should not be too high, but there should be a spare pressure.
8.Check the lubricating oil of the gearbox and air compressor cylinder.

Q: What is air bubble film?
A: Air bubble film is a two-layer laminated low density polyethylene film with entrapped air inside, between the two layers in bubble form in some orderly fashion. Air bubbles render cushioning effect. The bubbles may be of different sizes.
Q: What is air bubble machine?
A: Our automatic bubble sheet bag making machine is used to make bags from its sheet roll. In this machine we feed the sheet roll and sheet the size of bag then it makes the bags from the sheet automatically. It is highly designed for making bags.
Q: How do they get the air in bubble wrap?
A: Bubble wrap is made from tiny beads of resin with different properties. The resin is then combined and melted to form a thin film. Next, the film is flattened to the desired thickness and fed through rollers. These rollers have small holes which vacuum air onto the film to form the air bubbles.
Q: Why do bubble wraps have air filled bubbles?
A: These air pockets then act as a soft cushion that absorbs shock during unexpected movement. It helps to prevent damage to any products wrapped within the material. Bubble wrap begins as a polyethylene resin in the form of tiny beads.
Q: What is the science behind bubble wrap?
A: The structure of bubble wrap consists of tiny air-filled pockets, creating a barrier that inhibits heat transfer. This trapped air acts as an insulating layer, preventing heat from escaping or entering a space.
Q: How does bubble wrap work physics?
A: The air bubbles and air particles work together to absorb shock from knocks and bumps in the best bubble wrap for moving. This means that no individual air bubble has to take the full force of an impact, as they will share the pressure amongst lots of them.
Q: How do they put the air in bubble wrap?
A: One layer of the film is wrapped around a drum with holes punched in it, and suction is applied drawing one web of film into the holes that form the bubbles. 5. The second layer of film is then laminated over the first so that when the two films are joined, they stick together and trap the air in the bubbles
Q: Where does the air from bubble wrap come from?
A: While heating and stretching the plastic film, create a small pocket of air trapped in the plastics. In manufacturing, we start with the flat sheet passed by a series of rollers that create these air pockets. The main reasons are moisture, heating, and stretching, which create these air pockets.
Q: Is bubble wrap an insulator or conductor?
A: Bubble wrap is a natural insulator. The layer of trapped air in the bubbles forms a barrier that keeps warm air in and prevents the unwanted cold from entering. Many aussie homes are built with single glazed windows which are an excellent conductor of heat.
Q: What gas is in bubble wrap?
A: Bubble wrap is a transparent sheet made from polyethylene, or what is more commonly known as plastic. This plasticsheet contains air filled pods which resemble bubbles. The substance in the bubbles is air. Air is 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% argon.
Q: Which part of bubble wrap goes inside?
A: It is important to note that the bubbles always go against the item you're wrapping. Our top tip to help you remember, is to place the bubblewrap flat side on the surface. Then place the item on top to wrap, which will ensure the bubbles face inwards and offer better protection!
Q: How does bubble wrap absorb energy?
A: It is transparent enough to allow solar energy to pass through to an absorber; however, the large air pockets allow bubble wrap to trap the absorbed heat, leading to higher efficiencies. The bubble wrap can be likened to a greenhouse."
Q: How is bubble wrap produced?
A: Bubble wrap is made by merging two layers of polyethylene film, from which air bubbles are blown into. It is then sealed, cooled, perforated, and wound into rolls to be used as protective packaging material.
Q: Why is bubble wrap so satisfying?
A: According to some research, stress relief is one psychological motive for popping bubble wrap. By popping the packaging material, individuals get instant gratification that soothes their nerves and minimizes stress. Other studies even suggest that popping this packaging is a more effective relaxant than meditation.
Q: Does bubble wrap keep cold air out?
A: Will it help keep the cold out and warmth in? Well, the answer is yes! Using bubble wrap is one of the easiest methods to reduce heat loss and decrease your heating bills.
Q: How do they fill bubble wrap with air?
A: Bubble wrap is made from tiny beads of resin with different properties. The resin is then combined and melted to form a thin film. Next, the film is flattened to the desired thickness and fed through rollers. These rollers have small holes which vacuum air onto the film to form the air bubbles.
Q: How many layers of bubble wrap?
A: More is better than less when it comes to protection. Make sure your items are completely covered and consider adding another layer or two of wrap around them. A single layer protects the surface of your item from scratches, but multiple layers offer protection against bumps and drops.
Q: Does bubble wrap absorb shock?
A: Bubble wrap contains hundreds of air filled pockets which are encased within layers of polyethylene. These bubbles of air suspend the product in the box, acting as a soft cushion barrier that absorbs shock in the event of unexpected movement and therefore prevents damage.
Q: Which direction should bubble wrap face?
A: Make sure you lay the protective bubble so the bubble side is facing up. That way, the pockets of air will be able to do their job and protect your fragile items during shipping. If the bubbles are facing out, they're more likely to be popped during shipping.
