Bubble film machine refers to the equipment that can produce single-layer or double-layer composite air cushion film products by heating, extruding and molding polyethylene raw materials. Mainly divided into single-layer bubble film machine, double-layer compound bubble film machine, three-layer compound bubble film machine, five-layer compound bubble film machine and seven-layer compound bubble film machine, etc.
The bubble film machine is mainly composed of five parts, namely: extruder, electric control cabinet, forming machine, tractor and coiler.
1. The extruder is composed of a motor, a reducer, a screw, a barrel, a screen changer, a die head and a heater. It is mainly responsible for melting, filtering and extruding the raw materials.
2. The forming machine is composed of a forming roller and a vacuum pump. The forming roller has three specifications (6mm, 10mm, 28mm), which can be equipped according to customer needs. Air cushion film products are a very important part.
3. The pulling machine is composed of pulling roller, slitting device and film pulling roller, which is mainly responsible for effectively pulling the air cushion film from the forming roller.
4. The coiler is composed of two film rolls, a turner and a torque motor meter. It is mainly responsible for effectively coiling the air cushion film from the tractor, so that the air cushion film product becomes a coil, and then is packaged and put into storage. It is also the last link in the production of air cushion film.
5. Bubble film electric control cabinet is composed of temperature controller, electric material and frequency converter, which is mainly responsible for the central electric control of the whole equipment.
