1. Overview

CPE cast film machine is mainly used to produce CPE (chlorinated polyethylene) cast film, which has a wide range of applications, such as packaging, construction, agriculture, etc. The production process of cast film involves mixing powder with various additives to form slurry, which is formed into a film on a special base belt through a casting process, and then dried, solidified and other post-processing to form a finished product.

2. Working principle

The working principle of CPE cast film machine is mainly based on high-precision electronic ceramic casting technology. The main raw materials for ceramic casting such as alumina are used to mix powder with binders, plasticizers, dispersants, solvents, etc. to form slurry. The slurry flows down from the hopper and is scraped and applied to the special base belt with a certain thickness by a scraper. Then, through the drying and curing process, it is finally peeled off from the top to become a film of the green belt.
