The Air Bubble Film Extrusion Line is specially designed for larger capacity and stable extrusion. Virgin and recycled pellets both can be used. This Air Bubble Film Extrusion Line equip with automatic re-winder which can rewind bubble film with Paper core or Coreless. The operator only needs to set up length and take off finished rolls. The machine is CE certificated. It is controlled by PLC for easy and convenient operation.

1. Film width from 1,000mm to 3,500mm
2. Finished film 2 layers: Bubble layer + Base layer
3. Bubble film thickness from 30gsm to 120gsm
4. Suitable raw material: LDPE/LLDPE(Virgin and 100% recycled material both ok)
5. Default bubble round shape Φ10mm
6. Maximum rewinding diameter: 1200mm
