1. Operation requirements:


1. When starting up, check whether the power supply wiring is disconnected or leaking electricity; check whether the instrument is damaged or abnormal. Before starting, make sure that all components are safe and normal, so as not to affect production and cause accidents.


2. Check and fill the lubricating oil of the gearbox and air compressor, and check the lubrication of the mechanical transmission parts. Avoid machine damage and noise due to dry operation.


3. The compressed air pressure of the expanded tube blank should be appropriate, which can not damage the tube blank, but also ensure the symmetry and stability of the membrane tube, thereby relatively ensuring the production quality.


4. Within the range of film-forming conditions, increase the molding temperature, cooling air temperature and expansion rate; increase the haze of the film and decrease the gloss; on the contrary, improve it.


5. When the die outlet is uniform, you can wear gloves and slowly lift the tube blank. At the same time, close the end of the tube blank, gently open the air intake adjustment valve, inject a small amount of compressed air from the central hole of the mandrel, and then carefully guide it through the bubble stabilization frame and the chevron plate, and screw it into the traction roller and guide roller, until coiling (if embossing is required, it should be passed through the embossing roll)

2. Precautions when maintaining the bubble film machine:


1. Before each startup, check the power supply, vacuum system, air pressure system and cooling system. After the equipment is started, check whether the rotation direction of each rotating part is correct. Usually pay attention to the lubrication degree of each lubricating part. Electrical instruments should be maintained and maintained as required.


2. Arrange someone to operate the equipment. The extruder screw should not run idly without material to avoid scratching the screw and barrel. After shutdown, if there are materials stored in the cylinder, before restarting, the temperature of each temperature zone must be raised to the specified requirements according to the process requirements, and the temperature should be kept for more than 30 minutes before starting. It is strictly forbidden to start before the temperature does not meet the requirements, so as not to damage the parts.


3. When feeding, it must be kept clean, and metal sundries, sand and small tools are strictly prohibited from entering the feeding port to prevent damage to the barrel and screw. If there is any abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped immediately.


4. If the screw is removed from the barrel for some reason, it should be handled properly to prevent deformation. If it is not installed in the barrel for a long time, the screw must be suspended vertically to prevent collision, bending and permanent deformation. The surface of the barrel and screw should be coated with anti-rust oil for protection.


5. The use, adjustment, maintenance and repair of thermostats, electronic instruments and electrical switches should be carried out in accordance with regulations and product manuals.


6. In addition to daily maintenance, the bubble film machine should be regularly inspected, the die head should be thoroughly cleaned every three months, the bearing grease should be replaced every three months, the reducer lubricating oil should be replaced every six months, and the overhaul every two years.
