The bubble mold produced by the bubble film machine, also known as air cushion mold, bubble mold, bubble paper, etc., is a chemical product with resistance to pressure, moisture and shock, and is used for packaging and filling.


The bubble mold is made of low density polyethylene through a bubble film machine, but do you know how the bubbles on the bubble mold are generated? First of all, according to the soft and hard requirements of the bubble mold, different kinds of resin materials are selected, the granular materials are sucked into the mixer, the different kinds of materials are mixed evenly in a certain proportion, and the mixed materials are transported to the next process through the pipeline.


Put the material into the extrusion molding machine, heat the molten granular material at a high temperature of 230°C, and transport the molten resin to the blow molding machine. Thin molds are made of extruded and expanded resin. It is molded into a cylindrical film by pulling inward and injecting air at the exit of the die, which can be more uniform in thickness by injecting air. The cylindrical thin die is then cut into two pieces with a knife and placed on the roll.


The two-layer thin mold is made into a double-layer thin mold by a pressure roll, softened by heating the thin mold, and then slowly wound with a round hole on a vacuum forming roll. A thin layer of mold is sucked by the round hole and becomes a vacuum bubble. These forming rolls have many small holes in the round holes, which are connected to the machine to extract air. Vacuum forming rollers can suck out countless air bubbles on thin molds. These bubble molds produced by the bubble film machine can be packaged by cutting and binding.


Then understand the precautions of the bubble film machine: always check whether the temperature control of the bubble film machine is complete, whether the heating device is complete, and pay attention to adjusting the heating temperature of each point within the index range in time. Check the pulling speed frequently and control the thickness of the die. Observe and adjust the thickness uniformity of the mold, and the folding diameter meets the specification requirements.
